These Terms govern your use of Ad Pilot ("the App"), a Shopify app that provides
profit-aware Google Ads analytics. By installing or using the App you agree to these
Terms. If you do not agree, do not install the App.
Ad Pilot connects to your own Google Ads account (via Google OAuth, read-only) and,
combined with the unit economics you enter (average order value, gross margin,
variable cost per order), computes:
The App is read-only with respect to your Google Ads account: it reads aggregate
metrics and produces recommendations. It does not, by itself, change your campaigns,
budgets, or keywords. Acting on any recommendation is your decision and is performed
by you inside Google Ads.
Until you connect your own Google Ads account, the App may display clearly labeled
demo data so you can see how it works. Demo data is illustrative only and is not
your real account. Recommendations based on demo data must not be treated as advice
about your real campaigns. The App labels demo data as such throughout the interface.
Ad Pilot provides analysis and projections, not outcomes. Projections (e.g.
simulated budget changes) are estimates based on your historical aggregate metrics
and stated economics, and are clearly labeled as projections. We do not guarantee
any increase in sales, profit, ranking, ad performance, or any specific result. You
are solely responsible for your advertising decisions and spend.
The quality of the App's output depends on the accuracy of the economics you enter
and the data available from your Google Ads account. You are responsible for keeping
your economics current. We are not liable for decisions made on outdated or incorrect
inputs.

Settings → Apps, or by uninstalling. Shopify governs proration and refunds per its
billing policies; we do not separately process payments.
You agree not to: reverse-engineer the App; use it to violate Google Ads or Shopify
policies or any law; resell or sublicense the App without permission; or attempt to
access data belonging to other merchants. We may suspend access for breach.
The App is Protected Customer Data Level 0: it requests no Shopify data scopes and
never accesses your products, orders, or customers. Your handling of personal data
remains your responsibility as the merchant. See the Privacy Policy for what we
access, store, retain, and delete.
The App relies on Shopify and Google Ads. Your use of those services is governed by
their respective terms. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or data
limitations originating from those platforms — including Google Ads API availability,
which may affect data freshness.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind,
express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and
non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free,
or that any recommendation will be profitable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related
to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us for the App in the 3 months before
the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or
punitive damages, or for lost profits, ad spend, or revenue.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or
terminate access for breach of these Terms or to comply with law. On uninstall, your
data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date will change and material changes
will be surfaced in-app. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
