These Terms govern your use of the Basket Boost Shopify app ("the App"). By
installing or using the App, you ("the merchant") agree to these Terms.
Basket Boost reads your store's own order line items (product ids and quantities)
and product catalog, computes frequently-bought-together associations using
association-rule mining (support, confidence, lift), and presents them as
per-product recommendations, a storefront "frequently bought together" theme
block, bundle ideas, and insights. The App writes a single app-owned product
metafield (basketboost.fbt) to deliver recommendations to the theme block.

revenue. Suggested bundle discounts are heuristic starting points, not financial
advice.
You agree not to (a) reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense the App; (b) use it
to violate Shopify's terms, applicable law, or any third party's rights; or (c)
attempt to access data of stores other than your own.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. In summary: the App is
PCD Level 1, reads order line items only (no customer PII), and stores only mined
statistics plus a product-title mirror. See PRIVACY.md for full detail, including
retention, deletion, and the GDPR compliance webhooks.
The App offers a Free plan and a paid Pro plan, charged through **Shopify managed
billing**. By upgrading, you authorize the recurring charge shown at checkout via
Shopify. Charges on development stores are test charges. You may cancel at any time
from your Shopify admin; cancellation stops future charges and downgrades you to
Free at the end of the current period. Except where required by law, charges
already billed are non-refundable.
We aim for high availability but provide the App "as is" and "as available"
without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend,
or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect,
incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from
your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you
paid for the App in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
You may terminate by uninstalling the App. We may suspend or terminate access for
breach of these Terms. On termination we cease processing your data and delete your
shop's rows on the shop/redact webhook.
We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the latest version.
Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
