Terms of Service — Flow Fill

Last updated: 28 June 2026

These Terms govern your use of the Flow Fill Shopify application ("the App"). By

installing or using the App you agree to them.

1. What the App does

Flow Fill audits your Klaviyo email/SMS lifecycle flows against the 10 standard

ecommerce lifecycle flows, ranks the gaps by a predicted revenue-opportunity

weighting, and — on paid tiers — generates draft email copy for the flows you are

missing. The App reads your Klaviyo flow metadata (names + status) via your own

Klaviyo private key and your store's brand context via the read_products and

read_content Shopify scopes. It does not access orders, customers, or any

Protected Customer Data (Level 0).

2. No measured-revenue or ranking promise

The "revenue-opportunity score" and per-flow "revenue weights" the App shows are

predicted, heuristic prioritisation estimates of how much a given flow type

typically drives across ecommerce — they are not a measured revenue figure for

your store and not a guarantee of any specific result. You are responsible for

the flows you build and send. The App surfaces this distinction throughout its

interface.

3. AI-generated copy

Email copy generated by the App on paid tiers is an AI-produced draft grounded

in your store's context. You are responsible for reviewing, editing and approving

any copy before adding it to Klaviyo and sending it to your subscribers, including

its accuracy, claims, pricing, discounts and legal compliance (e.g. CAN-SPAM, GDPR,

local marketing law). The App runs a de-AI scrub and flags potential issues, but the

final copy is yours to vet. The App does not send any email on your behalf.

4. Your Klaviyo account and key

You must have the right to connect the Klaviyo account whose private key you provide,

and to read its flow data. Your use of Klaviyo remains governed by Klaviyo's own

terms. You may disconnect at any time. You are responsible for keeping the key valid;

an invalid or revoked key will cause audits to fail with a clear error.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, including: attempting to access data the App does

not expose, reverse-engineering, reselling the service, or using generated copy to

send unlawful, deceptive or unsolicited messages.

6. Billing

Paid tiers are billed through Shopify's managed billing (the Shopify Billing

API). Prices are shown in the App and on the App Store listing (Pro $19/month,

Pro + Build $49/month, recurring every 30 days). Charges appear on your Shopify

invoice. On development stores, charges are test charges (no real money). You may

change or cancel your plan at any time from your Shopify admin; access to paid

features ends when the subscription is cancelled, expires or is frozen. Except where

required by law, charges already billed for a period are non-refundable.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but provide the App on an "as is" and "as available"

basis without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App and its developer are not liable for

indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost revenue or

profits, arising from your use of the App or any copy it generates. Total aggregate

liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the three months

preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or

terminate access for breach of these Terms. On uninstall and on Shopify's

shop/redact request, your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected here with a new "last

updated" date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
