Templatize — Privacy Policy

Templatize ("the app") lets you save reusable Jira issue templates and create pre-filled issues from them. It is built on the Atlassian Forge platform.

Data we process

• Template definitions — the template name, issue type, summary, description, priority, labels, sub-tasks, scope, and the account ID of the template's creator (used as the reporter of created issues). Stored in Atlassian Forge storage inside your Atlassian environment.
• Jira issue & project data — the app reads the project's issue types and creates issues (and sub-tasks) via the Jira REST API when you use a template. It only acts in the project where you use the template.

Where the data lives

The app runs entirely on Atlassian's infrastructure (eligible for the Runs on Atlassian program). Template data is kept in Atlassian Forge storage. The app does not send your data to any external server, and GOING STELLAR SRL does not receive or store your Jira data on its own systems.

Data sharing & retention

We do not sell or share your data. Template data is retained until you delete the template or uninstall the app.
