These Terms govern your use of the Page Forge Shopify app ("the App"). By
installing or using the App you agree to them.
Page Forge generates programmatic landing pages grounded in your Shopify product
catalog, runs an anti-thin-content uniqueness gate and an internal-link audit, and
(on the Pro plan) writes AI-assisted page copy and publishes the pages you approve
to your storefront. The App accesses only product catalog and store content/pages
(Protected Customer Data Level 0) — never orders or customers.

Shopify invoice. Charges on development stores are test charges (no real money).

You agree not to: (a) use the App to publish content that is unlawful, infringing,
or deceptive; (b) attempt to bypass the uniqueness or claim-safety gates to mass-
publish thin or doorway content; or (c) reverse-engineer, resell, or abuse the
App or its infrastructure.

accurate and compliant with applicable law and Shopify's policies.

ranking promise, or a featured-result guarantee. Search outcomes depend on
factors outside the App's control.
Your use of the App is also subject to Shopify's terms. Data handling is described
in our Privacy Policy. You grant the App permission to read your catalog/content
and write the pages you approve, via the access scopes you consent to at install.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". We aim for high availability but do
not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may perform maintenance or update
features.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App and its operator are not liable for
indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or
data, arising from your use of the App. Total liability is limited to the fees you
paid for the App in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or
terminate access for breach of these Terms or abuse of the service. On uninstall,
data is handled per the Privacy Policy (token deleted immediately; full purge on
Shopify's shop/redact).
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new "last
updated" date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
