These Terms govern your use of the Parcel Pulse Shopify app ("the App"). By
installing or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not
install or use the App.
Parcel Pulse reads your store's unshipped orders and runs two deterministic
pre-ship checks — duplicate-order detection and shipping-address validation — and
presents a flagged queue you can action before an order ships. On the Pro plan
the App can, only at your explicit request, cancel a flagged duplicate order
on your behalf via the Shopify Admin API.
You must have a Shopify store and the authority to install apps on it. You are
responsible for the actions taken in your store through the App, including any
order cancellations you initiate.
duplicate detection, and the Learn playbook, up to **200 order validations per
rolling 30-day period**.
plus unlimited validations and re-scans, one-click duplicate cancel, the
blocklist, the adjustable duplicate window, and the post-scan alert webhook.
All charges are processed through Shopify managed billing; we never see or
store your card details. Charges on development stores are test charges with no
real money. Your subscription renews every 30 days until cancelled. You may
cancel at any time from the App or by uninstalling; the plan remains active until
the end of the current billing period and we do not provide pro-rated refunds for
partial periods except where required by law.
You agree not to misuse the App, including: attempting to access another
merchant's data; reverse-engineering or interfering with the App's operation;
using the App to violate any law or any third party's rights; or using the
blocklist or cancellation features in a way that breaches consumer-protection or
anti-discrimination law. The App surfaces rule-based flags as suggestions; **you
remain solely responsible for any decision to cancel an order, decline a
customer, or ship a parcel.**
The App's checks are deterministic rules applied to your own order data. They are
heads-up signals, not guarantees: a flagged order is not certain to be a genuine
duplicate or an undeliverable address, and an unflagged order is not guaranteed to
deliver. The App does not predict fraud and does not use cross-merchant data. You
are responsible for confirming each flag before acting on it.
The one write action the App performs is cancelling a duplicate order you select.
This runs as a Shopify-side asynchronous job with refund: false (appropriate
for cash-on-delivery, where nothing was charged), restocks the items, does not
email the shopper, and leaves an auditable staff note. We are not liable for the
consequences of a cancellation you instruct, including any effect on the customer
relationship.
Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by
reference. In short: we read order phone/address fields in memory to run the
checks and persist only PII-minimised flags (masked phone + issue reasons).
We aim for high availability but do not warrant the App will be uninterrupted or
error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable
notice where practicable.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to
the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our
aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the App is limited to the
amount you paid for the App in the three months preceding the claim. We are not
liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits,
lost sales, or courier costs.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or
terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination we delete or
de-identify the data as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms as the App evolves. Continued use after an update
constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
