These Terms govern your use of the Pixel Proof Shopify application ("Pixel Proof", the "App"). By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install the App.
Pixel Proof audits the server-side conversion tracking your store already runs and produces a health score, a per-lever breakdown, per-match-key coverage, and a prioritized list of fixes. The App:
read_products from the Shopify Admin API;The health score and findings are a diagnostic of your existing tracking setup. They are not a guarantee of recovered conversions, restored attribution, a specific Event Match Quality value, increased revenue, or any ROAS outcome. The Event Match Quality figure shown is a proxy estimated from hashed-key presence, not Meta's exact number. Any changes you make to your tracking happen in your own stack and are your responsibility. You are responsible for verifying changes in your own Events Manager / analytics before relying on them.
Paid plans are billed monthly through Shopify's managed billing (App Subscriptions). By upgrading you authorize Shopify to charge the recurring fee to your Shopify account. Prices are in USD and may change with notice; changes apply to the next billing cycle. Billing may run in test mode during pre-launch. Cancellation and refunds are handled per Shopify's billing terms; downgrading or uninstalling stops future charges.
You agree not to: reverse-engineer or resell the App; use it to process data you have no right to process; attempt to extract another merchant's data; or use it in violation of Shopify's API Terms, Meta/Google platform terms, or applicable law. You are responsible for ensuring your own tracking complies with applicable privacy law and platform policies.
When you connect a third-party event source (e.g., Meta Conversions API, GA4, server-side GTM) as those integrations become available, your use of that source is also governed by that provider's terms and is subject to that provider's own review and authorization (including Meta App Review). Pixel Proof is not responsible for third-party services.
Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy. In short: we hold only shop-level aggregates and no raw customer PII; on shop/redact we cascade-delete your data.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The App may be updated, suspended for maintenance, or modified. Features marked "coming soon" (live event-source integrations) are not warranted to ship on any date.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixel Proof's total liability arising out of or relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit/lost-revenue damages, including any change in your ad performance, attribution, or conversion data.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify admin; uninstalling triggers data deletion as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or of Shopify/platform policies.
We may update these Terms as the App evolves and will revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
