Recurring Issues for Jira ("the app") schedules Jira issues that create themselves on a cadence. It is built on the Atlassian Forge platform. This policy explains what data the app processes and how.

Data we process

• Recurring rule definitions — the issue summary, description, issue type, schedule (frequency, day, time, timezone) and the account ID of the rule's creator (used as the reporter of created issues). Stored in Atlassian Forge storage inside your Atlassian environment.
• Jira issue & project data — the app reads the project's issue types and creates issues on schedule via the Jira REST API. It only acts in the project where you configure a rule.

Where the data lives

The app runs entirely on Atlassian's infrastructure (eligible for the Runs on Atlassian program). Rule data is kept in Atlassian Forge storage, inside your Atlassian environment. The app does not send your data to any external server, and GOING STELLAR SRL does not receive or store your Jira data on its own systems.

Data sharing & retention

We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Rule data is retained until you delete the rule or uninstall the app, per Atlassian's data lifecycle.
