These Terms govern your use of the Review Lift app ("the App") on your Shopify
store. By installing or using the App you agree to them.
Review Lift reads your product catalog, your connected review app's metafields,
and your order data (to total units sold per product) to produce:

The App augments your existing review app; it does not host reviews or
replace your review provider.

You agree not to: reverse-engineer the App; resell or sublicense it; use it to
violate Shopify's terms, applicable law, or any third-party review provider's
terms; or use AI draft replies in a deceptive or misleading manner. You are
responsible for the content of any reply you post.
The App offers a Free tier and paid tiers (Pro $19/mo, Pro + Moderation $49/mo).
Paid subscriptions are processed through Shopify's billing system and appear
on your regular Shopify invoice. Charges recur every 30 days until cancelled. You
can cancel anytime from your Shopify admin; access to paid features ends at the
close of the current billing period. Prices are in USD and may change with notice
for future billing periods.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The
App is Protected Customer Data Level 1: it reads orders only to compute
per-product units sold and stores no customer personal data.
We aim for high availability but provide the App "as is" without an uptime
guarantee. Support is available from your Shopify admin → Apps → Review Lift; we
respond within one business day.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect,
incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising
from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the
amount you paid for the App in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You may uninstall the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a
breach of these Terms or of Shopify's policies. On uninstall, your data is
deleted per the Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected here with a new
"last updated" date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
