SprintEstimate ("the app") is a Planning Poker & estimation tool for Jira, built on the Atlassian Forge platform. This policy explains what data the app processes and how.

Data we process

• Jira issue data — the app reads issues you select for estimation (issue key, summary, status) and writes the agreed estimate back to the Story Points field. It only accesses issues in the project where you open the app.
• Estimation session data — the votes cast during a session, associated with the Atlassian account ID of each voter, plus the chosen scale and agreed values. This is used solely to run the voting/reveal flow and display who voted.
• User display names — resolved from Atlassian at display time to show participant names on the board. We do not store additional profile data.

Where the data lives

SprintEstimate runs entirely on Atlassian's infrastructure (it is eligible for the Runs on Atlassian program). Session data is kept in Atlassian Forge storage, inside your Atlassian environment. The app does not send your data to any external server, and GOING STELLAR SRL does not receive or store your Jira data on its own systems.

Data sharing & retention

We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Session data is retained only while a session is active; ending a session deletes it. Uninstalling the app removes its stored data per Atlassian's data lifecycle.
