These terms govern your use of SprintEstimate ("the app"), a Planning Poker & estimation tool for Jira built on the Atlassian Forge platform and distributed through the Atlassian Marketplace. By installing or using the app you agree to these terms.
SprintEstimate lets a team run estimation sessions on Jira issues — vote, reveal, reach consensus, and write the agreed estimate to the Story Points field. The app runs entirely on Atlassian's Forge infrastructure and stores session data in Forge storage inside your Atlassian environment.
You agree to use the app only for its intended purpose and in compliance with the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use and your Atlassian product agreement. You must have the necessary permissions in your Jira project to read issues and write the Story Points field.
We aim to keep the app available and functional but provide it on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We may update, change, or discontinue features. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GOING STELLAR SRL is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app. The app writes only to the Story Points field you choose and only when you explicitly save an agreed value.
Data handling is described in our Privacy Policy. The app does not send your Jira data to any external server.
