These terms govern your use of the Google Workspace add-on Change Case ("the add-on"), published by Going Stellar SRL ("we", "us"). By installing or using the add-on you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not install it.
The add-on changes the letter case of the cells you have selected in the Google Sheets spreadsheet you have open — UPPERCASE, lowercase, Title Case or Sentence case. It only ever acts on your current selection, it shows you the result before you apply it, and it can undo the last change. Cells that are not text — numbers, dates and formulas — are never touched. With a Pro licence it also offers editorial Title Case, tOGGLE cASE, camelCase, PascalCase, snake_case, kebab-case and space tidying. It runs inside Google Apps Script and requires the single permission described in our Privacy Policy.
We claim no ownership of, and acquire no rights in, any spreadsheet you use the add-on with. The add-on transmits no content to us; see the Privacy Policy.
Do not use the add-on unlawfully, do not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, and do not use it in a way that breaches your agreement with Google. You are responsible for having the right to access the spreadsheets you open it in.
The add-on depends on Google Workspace and Google Apps Script. Those platforms may change, impose quotas or become unavailable, which can interrupt or end the add-on's functionality through no fault of ours. We may modify, suspend or discontinue the add-on at any time. Where we reasonably can, we will say so on this site rather than let it fail silently.
The add-on is free to install and use. The four everyday conversions — UPPERCASE, lowercase, Title Case and Sentence case — are free permanently, and so is everything that protects your data: the preview, the undo, and leaving numbers, dates and formulas alone. Speed is free too; it is how the tool is built, not an upgrade.
Pro adds the specialist conversions: editorial Title Case (small words stay small), tOGGLE cASE, camelCase, PascalCase, snake_case, kebab-case and space tidying. Pro costs $29 per user per year, or $69 once for a licence that does not expire. Current prices are on the pricing page.
Pro is sold as a licence key, and the same key works in every tool we publish. The price you pay at the time of purchase is the price you keep at renewal. If a licence lapses, you return to the free features.
The add-on is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Going Stellar SRL is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the add-on. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
This add-on changes your spreadsheet by design: rewriting cell text is what it does. It changes only the cells you selected, only when you press Change, and only cells that contain text — numbers, dates and formulas are never modified. Before each change it shows you the result, and afterwards it offers an undo. Google Sheets saves automatically, so please glance at the preview.
You may stop using the add-on at any time by uninstalling it from the Google Workspace Marketplace or revoking its access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
