These terms govern your use of the Google Workspace™ add-on Icons ("the add-on"), published by Going Stellar SRL ("we", "us"). By installing or using the add-on you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not install it.
The add-on lets you search a library of about 125,000 icons across 28 icon sets and place any of them into the slide or document you currently have open, in a colour and size you choose. The icon is inserted as an image. With a Pro licence it also accepts any colour you type, offers the colours of your presentation or document's own theme, and lets you save icons and reuse them in every presentation. It runs inside Google Apps Script™ and requires only the permissions described in our Privacy Policy.
The add-on adds images to your presentation or document. It does not delete, move or rewrite anything that is already there. If an inserted icon is not what you wanted, remove it the same way you would remove any image — select it and press Delete, or use Google Slides™ or Google Docs™ own undo.
We claim no ownership of, and acquire no rights in, any presentation you use the add-on with. The add-on transmits no content from your presentation or document to us; see the Privacy Policy.
The icons come from open-source icon sets published under permissive licences — MIT, Apache 2.0, CC0, ISC and the Open Font License. Each set, its author and its licence are listed on our icon licences page. You may use the icons you insert, including commercially, under the terms of those licences. We deliberately excluded sets whose licences would have obliged you to publish an attribution alongside your slides.
Some sets contain brand logos, which are trademarks of their owners. They are provided so you can refer to those companies and products in the ordinary way. Using a logo so as to suggest an endorsement or a relationship that does not exist is your responsibility, not ours.
Pro is offered at $29 per year or $69 once, per user. A licence key unlocks Pro features in every add-on we publish, including ones that do not exist yet. Keys are personal; please do not publish or resell them.
If a yearly licence lapses, the add-on does not lock you out: it simply returns to the free version, with the whole icon library still available. Nothing you have already inserted is affected.
If Pro does not do what this page says it does, write to us within 30 days and we will refund you.
Icon images are served from our own infrastructure. We aim to keep it available continuously, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. If our server is unreachable, the panel may not show previews and new icons cannot be inserted — icons already placed in your presentation or documents are unaffected, because Google stores its own copy of each image at the moment you insert it.
Do not use the add-on to break the law, to infringe someone's rights, or to attack our infrastructure — for example by automating bulk requests to our icon server outside normal use of the add-on.
The add-on is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the add-on is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms; the date at the top changes and the new version is published here. You may stop using the add-on at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend access in case of serious misuse under clause 7.
These terms are governed by Romanian law, and the courts of Romania have jurisdiction, without depriving you of any protection you have under the mandatory law of your own country of residence.
