Open the add-on, press Get your Trello token, approve on trello.com, copy the token Trello shows you, paste it into the panel and press Connect. We never see your Trello password — the token goes straight from Trello's page into your own Google account.
Your token was revoked or expired. Press Get your Trello token again and paste the new one — thirty seconds, and nothing else is lost.
Exactly the one you have open when the panel is showing. The add-on cannot browse your mailbox; the permission it holds only works on the open message, while the panel is open.
The title you confirm (pre-filled from the subject), a short excerpt of the email body, and a link back to the email in Gmail™. You see the note about this on the panel before you press Create.
Yes — any open board on your Trello account, and any list on it. The add-on remembers your last choice and preselects it next time.
Creating cards from emails — title, excerpt, link, board and list choice, remembered defaults — is free permanently. Pro adds due dates and labels straight from the panel. If a Pro licence lapses, the free features carry on working.
Open the add-on's home (any email closed), press Disconnect Trello. The token is removed from your Google account on the spot. You can also revoke it from your Trello settings — both work.
The add-on needs a Trello account to demonstrate its full flow: any free Trello account works, and connecting takes under a minute (the token flow above). To exercise the Pro tier, write to the address above from your review thread and we will issue a reviewer licence key the same day.
