These terms govern your use of the Google Workspace add-on Cards — Email to Trello™ ("the add-on"), published by Going Stellar SRL ("we", "us"). By installing or using the add-on you accept these terms. The add-on is an independent product and is not affiliated with Atlassian, Inc.
The add-on turns the email you have open in Gmail™ into a card on one of your Trello™ boards: the card title is pre-filled from the subject, the description carries a short excerpt and a link back to the email, and you choose the board and list. Creating cards, choosing boards and lists, and remembering your last choice are free. With a Pro licence it also sets due dates and labels from the panel. It runs inside Google Apps Script™ and requires the four permissions described in our Privacy Policy.
You connect your own Trello account and the cards are created there, under Atlassian's terms. We claim no ownership of your emails or your cards. The add-on transmits your data only to Trello, only when you press Create card.
Do not use the add-on unlawfully, do not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, and do not use it in a way that breaches your agreements with Google or Atlassian.
The add-on depends on Google Workspace, Google Apps Script™ and the Trello API. Any of those platforms may change, impose quotas or become unavailable, which can interrupt the add-on's functionality through no fault of ours. We may modify, suspend or discontinue the add-on at any time. Cards already created live in your Trello account and are unaffected.
Pro is sold as a licence key, personal to the email address or domain it was issued to, as described on the pricing page. Yearly licences last one year; lifetime licences do not expire. If a licence lapses you return to the free tier — you are never locked out, and creating cards keeps working. One licence covers Cards; a team licence covers every add-on we publish. Keys issued before 20 October 2026 unlock Pro in every add-on, as they always did. If the add-on did not work for you, write to us — we would rather fix it or refund you than argue.
The add-on is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the same extent, our total liability arising out of or relating to the add-on is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim — which for free-tier users is zero. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Disputes go to the competent courts of Brașov, Romania, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the courts of your residence.
We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do. Continuing to use the add-on after a change means you accept the new terms.
