This key unlocks Pro in Cadence. Each of our add-ons — Change Case, Alphabetize, Outline, Highlighter, Icons, Pinpoint, Statwise, Fontly, Prism, Recur — has its own Pro licence, so you pay only for the ones you use. The two add-ons that own this job today are rated 3.13 and 3.74 stars. Read their reviews and the same sentence keeps coming back, in 2026 as in 2023: “I disabled it and it still sends every day”, “it just stopped sending and nobody told me”, “I'm a paid subscriber and I can't even turn it off”.
So the preview, the run log, the stop button and the failure e-mail are free forever. Charging for those would be charging you for not having their bug. What Pro adds is capacity — the things a team needs and one person usually does not.
The licence key is e-mailed to you automatically, usually within a minute (if it is not there, look in your spam folder, then write to us and a person will send it again). Nothing from your file is ever sent anywhere: there is no database and no analytics. Without a licence key the add-on makes no network request at all; with a Pro licence it asks our licence server once a day whether that key is still active, sending only the key and a random identifier for the installation.
You drop back to the free tier. Nothing is deleted: schedules beyond the free limit are paused with all their settings intact, and the run log, the preview and the stop button keep working. Being cut off from your own data is a bad way to treat people.
