Terms of Service

1. Who provides this

Cadence is provided by Going Stellar SRL (Company ID 47020390, VAT RO47020390), Str. Zizinului 667, Tărlungeni 507220, Brașov County, Romania.

2. What the add-on does

Cadence sends a range from a Google Sheets™ file by e-mail on a schedule you define, and keeps a log of every run. Creating and previewing schedules, the run log, the stop button and the e-mail that warns you when a schedule stops are free. A Pro licence adds more schedules, hourly cadence, conditional sending, CSV attachments and larger recipient lists. It runs inside Google Apps Script™ and requires the three permissions described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Your responsibility for what you send

You choose the recipients and the content. You are responsible for having the right to send that data to those people, and for complying with the law that applies to you — including data-protection and anti-spam law. Cadence is a tool for sending your own operational reports to people who expect them; it is not a bulk-mail or marketing platform, and must not be used to send unsolicited mail.

4. Google's limits apply

Sending happens through your own Gmail™ account and is subject to Google's daily sending quotas and to Apps Script's execution limits. If Google refuses a send, Cadence records it and — for a lasting failure — stops the schedule and tells you. We cannot raise those limits.

5. Licence

A Pro licence is granted to one person, for use in their own Google account. The key is a signed string; do not publish it. A yearly licence lasts a year from purchase; a lifetime licence does not expire. If a licence lapses, the add-on degrades to the free tier — schedules beyond the free limit are paused, with their settings intact, and nothing is deleted.

6. Refunds

Fourteen days, no questions asked. Write to us and we refund.

7. No warranty, and what we are liable for

Cadence is provided “as is”. We have built it carefully and test it, but scheduled software depends on Google's platform running your trigger, and we do not control that. To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Read this one honestly: do not use Cadence as the only mechanism for something where a missed or duplicated send causes real harm. It records every run precisely so you can check; check it.

8. Ending it

You can stop everything at any time from the panel, delete your schedules, or remove the add-on. We may suspend a licence used to send unsolicited mail.

9. Law

Romanian law applies, and the courts of Brașov County have jurisdiction, without affecting any consumer rights you have where you live.
