Write to support@syncerp.work. A person reads it — usually the person who wrote the code — and answers within one business day.
Open the panel and look at the run log. Every run is there — sent, skipped or stopped — with the reason written out. That is the whole point of the log: you should never have to guess. If a schedule stopped, you will also have an e-mail from us saying so.
The preview shows exactly what will be read, including how many empty rows were skipped and whether the free-tier row cap trimmed the list. If the numbers there do not match your sheet, the range is probably not the one you meant.
“⛔ Stop everything”, at the top of the panel. It pauses every schedule and deletes the clock. The schedules are stored in the spreadsheet, so anyone who can edit the file can do this — you do not need the person who created them.
Yes. Each schedule stores its own time zone, and the panel always prints the zone next to the hour. Daylight-saving changes are handled: 09:00 stays 09:00 on both sides of the switch.
Nothing changes. The schedule runs on Google's servers under your account, not on your machine.
No. Each send is recorded against the exact slot it was planned for, so an interrupted run cannot produce a second copy of the same report.
Never. Cadence only reads. It does not write a status cell, a timestamp or anything else.
Write to us and we will send a test licence key and anything else you need for the review.
