The key unlocks Pro in Cards, on up to three Google accounts. A team licence covers every add-on we publish, for a whole organisation — see team pricing. After payment the key arrives by e-mail; you paste it into the panel and it is verified inside your own Google account. Not what the page describes? Write within 14 days and we refund in full.
After payment the licence key is e-mailed to you automatically, usually within a minute (if it is not there, look in your spam folder, then write to us and a person will send it again). You paste it once into the add-on, and it is verified inside your own Google account by checking its signature — there is no call to any licence server of ours. The key stays in your account; you can remove it yourself at any time.
You drop back to the free tier. Creating cards keeps working, and everything already on your boards stays exactly where it is. We think being cut off from a tool you already installed is a bad way to treat people.
