Recur is a side panel inside Gmail™. You type the recipients, the subject and the message, pick a schedule, and see the next five send times before you save anything. You can also send one copy immediately, to check it looks right, without touching the schedule.
It replaces the recurring-scheduler job that stopped working for a lot of people in mid-2026, when Google™ retired the old Apps Script™ runtime that several long-standing add-ons were built on.
Recur can only send. It has no permission to read your inbox, your drafts or your sent mail — and no server of ours to send anything to.
The preview, the test send, the pause button, the stop-after-N limit and the log are free and always will be. A scheduler that will not show you what it is about to send unless you pay is a trap, not a product.
