The key unlocks Pro in Recur, on up to three Google accounts. A team licence covers every add-on we publish, for a whole organisation — see team pricing. After payment the key is e-mailed to you automatically, usually within a minute (if it is not there, look in your spam folder, then write to us and a person will send it again); you paste it into the panel and it is verified inside your own Google account. Not what the page describes? Write within 14 days and we refund in full.

The safety features are in the free column on purpose, and they stay there.
It is a signed string that your own Google account verifies. Nothing from your file is ever sent anywhere: there is no database and no analytics. Without a licence key the add-on makes no network request at all; with a Pro licence it asks our licence server once a day whether that key is still active, sending only the key and a random identifier for the installation.
Nothing is deleted. Schedules beyond the free plan’s limit are paused, with the reason shown on the card, so you can choose which one keeps running. Pro-only settings already saved on a schedule that keeps running — a monthly pattern, a time zone, Cc/Bcc, an end date — keep working; you simply cannot create or re-save them without a licence.
Everything in the free column keeps working exactly as before.
The panel has a Delete everything Recur stored button that removes every schedule and the licence key from your Google™ account in one click. We hold no copy, so there is nothing for us to delete on our side.
