Terms of service

Last updated: 20 August 2026

The agreement

Recur is provided as-is. Installing or using it means you accept these terms.

What you may do

Use Recur for personal or business email, on as many of your own Google accounts as your licence covers. A Pro key is issued to one person or one domain; sharing it outside that is not permitted.

Sending responsibly

You are responsible for what you send and to whom. Recur will not send to people who have not agreed to hear from you, because it only ever sends the message you wrote, to the recipients you typed — but the obligation to respect anti-spam law and your recipients’ consent is yours.

Gmail™ enforces its own daily sending limits. If a send fails because you reached that limit, Recur retries on the next hourly check rather than marking the schedule as broken.

Limits of the service

Scheduled sends depend on Google’s trigger infrastructure, which can be delayed or skipped. Recur is built to survive that: if runs are missed, it sends once and skips the backlog rather than flooding your recipients. Even so, do not use it where a missed or delayed email causes harm — medical, legal, financial or safety-critical notices.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the licence in the 12 months before the claim.

Refunds

Within 30 days of purchase, for any reason, write to support@syncerp.work.

Changes

If these terms change materially, the date at the top changes and the previous version stays available on request.
